I had the pleasure and honour of interviewing many leaders, experts and thought leaders on their thoughts and experiences on relevant conversational positions, and these are included in most weeks content. Here is the framework of questions I used to guide the interview:

• Tell me about your thoughts on the importance of conversations for leaders?
• Tell me a bit more about your thoughts on The Myriad in relation to your own experiences of conversations as a leader?
