The Myriad of Leadership Conversations is a framework for leaders to be deliberate in the conversational positions they adopt in 1:1 colleague conversations; collective colleague conversations; stakeholder conversations, and; student/participant/client conversations.

I also have a passion for ensuring organisations are future-fit and acknowledging the importance of everyone’s well-being through what and how they operate and provide a range of opportunities to develop both of these areas.
